Thank you for choosing Deep Health Coaching LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of engagement between you and Deep Health Coaching LLC in connection with the health and wellness coaching and yoga services provided.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use these services.
2. Services
Deep Health Coaching LLC provides health and wellness coaching services and virtual yoga designed to assist individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. The details of the services, including duration, frequency, and methods of delivery, will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and other relevant details.
- Follow the coaching plan and guidelines provided by the coach.
- Notify the coach of any changes to your health status or circumstances that may affect the coaching process.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The coach agrees not to disclose any client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment and Fees
Payment for coaching services will be as agreed upon in the coaching agreement. Payment is due at, or prior, to services. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Any additional costs, such as materials or assessments, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients are required to provide notice of at least 24 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited.
7. Refund Eligibility
Deep Health Coaching LLC strives to provide high-quality health and wellness coaching services. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the coaching services provided, you may request a refund within three days of the initial session.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in cases of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from continuing with the coaching program. Such circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact Deep Health Coaching LLC within three days by email. Please provide a detailed explanation of your reasons for requesting a refund.
Upon receiving your request, we will review the circumstances and respond within three business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Services already rendered unless considered unsatisfactory
- Digital or downloadable products
- Any additional materials or resources provided as part of the coaching program
10. Modifications to the Refund/Return Policy
Deep Health Coaching LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund/Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

13. Email Communications for Coaching or Yoga Services
By signing up for coaching or yoga services provided by Deep Health Coaching LLC, you agree to receive periodic emails, including updates, announcements, and promotional content related to the Service. You can opt out of these communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email footer. Deep Health Coaching LLC is committed to safeguarding your privacy, and your email address will not be shared without your explicit consent.
14. Disclaimer
The services provided by Deep Health Coaching LLC are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare providers before making any significant changes to their diet, exercise, or lifestyle.
15. Limitation of Liability
Deep Health Coaching LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
17. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Deep Health Coaching LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website.
