Why participate? According to the Cleveland Clinic, a few of the many health benefits of following a healthy plant-based diet include:

• Reduced risk of Type 2 diabetes
• Weight loss
• Improved digestion
• Reduced risk of certain cancers like breast and colon cancer
There are also environmental benefits as well as the benefit of protecting animals.
How to Get Involved
Sign up for the Plant-Based January Coaching Package. Participants who complete all 31 days and the exit survey will be entered into a raffle to win the prize of one month of free coaching (1 session per week).
Volunteer with an animal welfare organization or a local animal shelter.
Donate to your local animal shelter.
